About the Role
We are seeking for a Sales Business Development Manager to lead and grow our sales activities across the Eastern Canadian and US-Market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our International Managing Director, Canadian General Manager and several other business units. This posting is for a new vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for growth and profitability
Lead, support and develop the sales activity´s
Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams in Canada and Germany to deliver customer‑focused solutions
Represent the company at customer meetings, events and trade fairs across Canada, US and occasionally internationally
Stellenanforderungen
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or comparable experience
5+ years of leadership experience in sales of technical or capital goods
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills
Proven success in key account management and sales process understanding
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to travel regularly
Industry experience (elevator sector or materials handling) is an asset
International experience is welcome
Salary & Benefits
70.000 – 100.000 (up on network, potential, experience from elevator industry – car fixtures) + Bonus 20 - 30 % up on the reached goals.
